For planning-related enquiries about the forthcoming Section 73 application, you will also be able to contact the project team via a dedicated email address which will be added here once consultation begins.

Operating hours

Quarry operating hours are:

  • 06:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
  • 06:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays
  • No working on Sundays or public holidays

HGV movements and processing operations take place within these hours in line with our planning conditions.

Blasting times

Blasting is carried out on weekdays only and within a defined daytime window in accordance with planning conditions.

  • Typical blasting window: 09.00 to 16.00
  • Blasting does not take place at night, at weekends or public holidays.
